1. ზოგადი დებულებები და მიღება
These Terms explain services offered through smart-arena.org and define rights and duties to the extent they apply to the relationship. Mandatory legal rights, separately agreed contracts and required notice or consent procedures remain protected.
Viewing a page or verifying an email is not separate consent to all personal-data processing or a record of accepting every later revision. Where law requires specific consent or acceptance, it must be obtained separately in the required manner.
2. განმარტებები
„პლატფორმა“ ნიშნავს SmartArena ვებ, მობილურ და ოპერაციულ ინტერფეისებს; „მომხმარებელი“ ნიშნავს პირს, რომელიც იყენებს ანგარიშს ან საჯარო სერვისს; და „ღონისძიების ადმინისტრატორი“ ნიშნავს უფლებამოსილ პირს, რომელიც ქმნის ან მართავს ღონისძიებას. ორგანიზატორს, ფედერაციას, კლუბს, სპორტსმენს, მწვრთნელს, მსაჯს, მოსამართლეს, ოპერატორს, მონაწილეს, შეჯიბრებას, კატეგორიას, გათამაშებას, ტაბლო, შედეგი, პოდიუმი, ბილეთი, მოწვევა, ხმოვანი სერვისი და მესამე მხარის სერვისი კონტექსტში აქვთ ფუნქციური მნიშვნელობა.
3. პლატფორმისა და სერვისის მოდულები
The Platform has modules for competitions, seminars and examinations, accounts and participant profiles, registration, categories/programmes, draws, schedules, live displays, results and digital documents. Only functions enabled and available for the particular event apply; a module name does not guarantee availability at every event.
4. ანგარიშები, წვდომა და უსაფრთხოება
Provide accurate details and an email address you control, protect your password and report suspected unauthorized access. A new account is activated using the single-use emailed token and an explicit confirmation action on the linked page; no additional administrator approval is required. Merely opening the link does not activate the account.
For initially unverified accounts created from 15 October 2026 at 00:02:58 UTC, the deadline is one hour from registration. A resend replaces the previous token without extending the original deadline. Confirmation is rejected once the deadline expires. Eligible initial accounts without official or otherwise protected linked records are physically removed by automatic cleanup; an eligible expired account can also be cleaned when registering again with the same email. The replacement receives a new identity and token; an old link cannot verify it.
A one-time transition exception was applied to eligible earlier accounts restricted only by missing email verification. This is not proof of email ownership and does not automatically activate future accounts. Blocks, security restrictions and other lawful access restrictions remain effective; new unverified accounts cannot use protected functions.
5. ღონისძიების ადმინისტრატორები და ორგანიზაციები
An active account alone does not authorize event creation or access to another organization’s records. Creating a new event depends on the current platform access mode, assigned roles and permissions and, where required, an active organizer licence/contract. This technical permission is not a government licence or federation accreditation.
The organizer is responsible for staging the event, eligibility and safety rules, dates, venue, prices, cancellations and official results; the event administrator is responsible for configuration and data management within assigned authority. SmartArena is not automatically the organizer of third-party events and retains the legal duties relating to its own platform service.
6. მონაწილის მონაცემები და რეგისტრაცია
Competition registration applies category, age, weight and ruleset requirements; seminars and examinations apply programme, capacity and organizer admission requirements. Submitted applications, approved participation, waitlists and reserve/replacement status are different. A mandate appointment schedules document review or admission processing, not automatic participation. Capacity reservation depends on event configuration.
Programme/category changes, cancellation and participant replacement are possible only where the relevant workflow permits them, subject to permission and eligibility checks. Check the updated status in your account. Email and other notifications may be sent, but a queued or sent message is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.
Anyone submitting a minor’s details or registration must have the necessary parental/legal representative authority and obtain consent required by law. The organizer verifies age eligibility and participation safety; parental consent removes neither the Platform’s nor the organizer’s mandatory legal duties.
7. შეჯიბრის წესები, კატეგორიები, წილისყრა და განრიგი.
SmartArena-ს შეუძლია მრავალი სპორტისა და წესების კონფიგურაციის მხარდაჭერა, მაგრამ სწორი წესების შერჩევა და გამოყენება რჩება ორგანიზატორისა და უფლებამოსილი ოფიციალური პირების პასუხისმგებლობაში. ავტომატური გათამაშებები, BYE, რეპეშაჟი, ლიგები, ფრჩხილები, განრიგი და ტატამის განაწილება ეყრდნობა კონფიგურირებულ მონაცემებს და უნდა განიხილებოდეს გამოქვეყნებამდე და გამოყენებამდე.
8. ანგარიშის ტაბლო, მსაჯი, ოპერატორი და რეალურ დროში მოქმედი სერვისები.
ოპერატორმა, მოსამართლემ, აუდიტორიამ, LED-მა და სხვა პირდაპირი გამოშვებები შეიძლება იზიარონ ერთი და იგივე კონკურენციის მდგომარეობა. ქსელებმა, ბრაუზერებმა, აპარატურამ, ადგილის ინფრასტრუქტურამ და მესამე მხარის სერვისებმა შეიძლება გავლენა მოახდინონ მიწოდებაზე; ოპერატორებმა უნდა დაადასტურონ ოფიციალური გადაწყვეტილებები, დაადასტურონ სწორი შესაბამისობა და დაიცვან შესაბამისი საგანგებო პროცედურები.
9. შედეგები, კვარცხლბეკი და ციფრული დოკუმენტები
Sporting results and placements follow decisions of authorized event officials. SmartArena provides technical calculation and presentation; approval or correction of a disputed sporting decision follows the relevant official procedure. A training certificate instead records training information confirmed by its issuer and is not automatically a sporting rank or professional licence. QR/electronic verification points to the corresponding document record.
10. ბილეთები, მოსაწვევები და დაშვების უფლების დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტები
კონფიგურაციის მიხედვით, ფასიანი, უფასო და ფასიანი ბილეთები, VIP, პროტოკოლი ან სტუმრების მოსაწვევები და QR ან შტრიხკოდის მიღება შეიძლება ხელმისაწვდომი იყოს. მოწვევა სულაც არ არის ბილეთი. უნიკალური სერთიფიკატის კოპირება, არაავტორიზებული ხელახალი გაყიდვა ან ბოროტად გამოყენება შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს უარყოფა ან გაუქმება ორგანიზატორის პოლიტიკის შესაბამისად.
11. გადახდები, თანხის დაბრუნება და ინვოისები
The event organizer specifies the participation fee, currency, deadlines, discounts, cancellation and refund conditions. SmartArena service fees and other applicable charges are disclosed in the Payment Policy and the specific order/contract. Before paying, check the recipient of funds, final amount and applicable terms.
A calculated participation fee or invoice is not proof of actual payment. Paid amount, outstanding balance, refunds and registration status are separate records. Confirmed payment may trigger an enabled automatic admission rule, but does not bypass full capacity, reserves, cancellation or eligibility checks. A platform invoice does not by itself replace a separately required tax document.
Only the payment channel enabled and configured for the specific transaction can be used. Direct refund requests to the recipient of funds/organizer; support can assist with technical tracing. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory refund requirements are not excluded.
12. SmartArena ხმოვანი და მესამე მხარის ინტეგრაციები
Login may use a bot check such as Cloudflare Turnstile; this is different from email verification or administrator approval. Session and security checks remain necessary for protected actions. Active email delivery, cloud/CDN, maps, payment or Voice services may use third parties; not every service is enabled for every user or event. Processing remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. კონტენტი, ატვირთული მასალები და ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება
Hold the necessary rights to submitted text, logos, photos and documents. Photo requirements depend on event and registration-role settings; linking a profile photo to an account does not authorize unrestricted publication everywhere or advertising use. Processing necessary to deliver the service is distinct from use requiring separate consent. Existing rights in SmartArena software/branding and users’ rights in their own content remain protected.
14. პერსონალური მონაცემები და კონფიდენციალურობა
Processing purposes, security, disclosures to third parties, cookies/sessions and user requests are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Organizers provide the legal basis and notices for data they collect; the Platform retains duties for its own processing. Submit only necessary, authorized information; do not share passwords or tokens. Requests for access, correction, objection and erasure may be made through the contact channel as permitted by law.
15. ხელმისაწვდომობა და ტექნიკური შეფერხებები
SmartArena იღებს გონივრულ ზომებს სერვისის უსაფრთხოდ და საიმედოდ მუშაობისთვის, მაგრამ არ გვპირდება შეუძლებელ უწყვეტ ან უშეცდომოდ ხელმისაწვდომობას. დაგეგმილი ტექნიკური მოვლა, უსაფრთხოების ღონისძიებები, ქსელები, ელექტროენერგია, მოწყობილობები, პროვაიდერები და ფორსმაჟორმა შეიძლება გავლენა იქონიოს მომსახურების მიწოდებაზე.
16. მომხმარებლის პასუხისმგებლობები და აკრძალული ქმედებები
აკრძალულია ცრუ რეგისტრაცია, არაავტორიზებული წვდომა, მავნე კოდი, ავტომატური ბოროტად გამოყენება, სერვისის შეფერხება, სხვა მომხმარებლის უფლებების დარღვევა, კონფიდენციალური მონაცემების უკანონო გამჟღავნება და კონკურსის შედეგებით მანიპულირება. მომხმარებლებმა უნდა დაიცვან კანონი, ღონისძიების წესები და მათი უფლებამოსილების საზღვრები.
17. მონაცემთა სიზუსტე და შეჯიბრთან დაკავშირებული ოფიციალური გადაწყვეტილებები
პლატფორმის მიერ ნაჩვენები ინფორმაცია ასახავს მდგომარეობას, რომელშიც ის შევიდა და დამტკიცებულია. დასაშვებობის, მსაჯის ან მოსამართლის გადაწყვეტილებების, გამარჯვებულების, შედეგების, დისკვალიფიკაციის, განრიგებისა და პროტოკოლების საბოლოო უფლებამოსილება ეკუთვნის ორგანიზატორს და შესაბამის ოფიციალურ ორგანოებს; SmartArena დამოუკიდებლად არ წყვეტს სადავო სპორტულ შედეგებს.
18. შეზღუდვა, შეჩერება და შეწყვეტა
Access may be restricted for security or substantiated misconduct. Disabling access is not the same as deleting data. User-requested deletion of an active account follows the separate request, security confirmation and 30-day cancellation process described in the Privacy Policy; this is not the one-hour initial-account rule.
Initial-account cleanup does not promise deletion within one hour of active accounts, official results, financial documents, security audits or all backups. Records needed for legal duties, official-data integrity or necessary security may be retained separately; retention must remain limited by legal basis and necessity.
19. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Each party’s responsibility is assessed according to its service, authority, conduct and applicable law. Notice of network, device or third-party failures does not remove SmartArena’s own legal responsibility or users’ mandatory rights. These Terms do not exclude non-excludable liability or automatically transfer all loss to the user.
20. ცვლილებები პლატფორმასა და წინამდებარე პირობებში
The version, publication and effective dates above are fixed and do not change on every visit. Separate notice or acceptance of material changes must be provided where required by law or the relationship’s terms. Updating this page is not evidence that a user received individual notice or accepted a new version, and does not silently impose later terms on earlier transactions.
21. მოქმედი კანონმდებლობა და დავების გადაწყვეტა
Applicable law and competent authorities depend on the actual service and relationship. Where Azerbaijani law applies, mandatory personal-data, electronic-commerce and consumer protections remain effective. You may first contact support or the organizer about a dispute; doing so does not restrict access to competent authorities/courts or statutory time limits.
22. კონტაქტი და ტექნიკური მხარდაჭერა
For platform account, security, data or technical complaints, use [email protected] and the Contact page. State the issue and relevant transaction/document reference; do not send passwords, full card details or verification tokens. Contact the organizer about event admission, pricing, refunds and sporting decisions. If the legal service party or payment details are unclear, clarify them before contracting or paying.
