SmartArena payment policy
The participant registration fee is determined entirely by the event organizer. SmartArena provides the technical infrastructure for the registration and payment process.

Secure processing
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems. After a successful payment, the participant registration is automatically confirmed and reflected in the system.

Additional commissions applied by banks and payment operators are calculated according to the tariffs of the relevant financial institutions. SmartArena applies only the platform service fee.
